Sujanpur Pathankot becoming New Theft Zone

Sujanpur, a village along with Pathankot has become a theft zone for the past two weeks. Continuously four incidents have taken place that has instiled fear in locals mind. In the recent one in village Punwal, a house on Main Road near the railway crossing plundered. The incident took place when all the family members were sleeping in one room. They come to know about the theft when their younger girl child fell from the bed. Lady of the house immediately noticed that the main gate of the is wide open. When she came outside saw all the stuff scattered around. The thieves were very quiet and moreover, family members are claiming that so the king of intoxicants thieves have used on them.

Police have registered the case and SHO Ashwani Kumar of Sujanpur Pathankot in doing an investigation. After Bhatia cloth House incident two other small incidents took place. And in this latest case thieves took Rs 3.50Lak and gold 30 gram from the house. According to the members of the house, they had brought this cash to buy the plot. Police are also considering this angle. Villagers don’t usually keep cash in their house. Some has tipped of thieves about the cash unless it is impossible to know about it.
