New Honda City 2017 facelift was officially launched in India just four days ago, and has already received over 5,000 bookings. At the launch event, Honda Cars India revealed that the new City raked up bookings since the company begun accepting pre-orders from 3rd February. Interestingly, over 70% booking come for the petrol variant. Priced between Rs 8.49 lakh to Rs 13.56 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Honda City 2017 has received styling updates inspired by new Accord and Civic along with a bunch of new features. The sedan’s new model, additionally, gets LED DRLs, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, engine immobiliser and ISOFIX child seat mounts as standard fitments. Features such as a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, push button start/stop, leather seats and electronic sunroof are restricted to the top-of-the-line trim.
