Nawazuddin Siddiqui has proved his mettle as an actor after undergoing years of struggle in showtown. Now, the actor is all set for his next film, where he will be playing yet another surprising role.
According to reports, Nawazuddin will play the role of lingerie salesman in Sohail Khan’s next directorial venture.
A source has been quoted by publication houses saying, “Nawaz portrays a man who lives in a chawl and does odd jobs to make ends meet, from delivery boy to lingerie salesman. He falls in love with a rich girl (Amy Jackson) and does everything he can to woo her, even playing golf which is considered a rich man’s game. Meanwhile, Arbaaz plays a quirky don who lives in the same chawl as Nawaz.”
An elaborate set of the chawl, along with home and shop where Nawaz works, has been set at a studio in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Sohail confirmed that the film is currently under production and chose not to divulge any details. The film features Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Amy Jackson and Arbaaz Khan in main roles.
