I buy a new MI phone redmi note 7. Its battery is not working properly.

Mi 4 stopped charging 97% and full charge 100%

very bad service of this service centre. employee of this service centre especially pardeep have no manner to talk with customer. he use rough language with customer. he says tu koi DC lga hai.

Very bad service they didn’t even listen to their customers. For me this is the worst experience as they dint have a good way of communication.
Outstanding Service Center …Quick Solve Mobile Issues..
Im using Mi note3. Yesterday i am facing pblm regarding the device charging. Today i visit Mi service centre in PATHANKOT and telling about problem of device. They take Near about 10min and change fully charging plate and my device start charge.
Very good service, i give five star ? ? ? ? ?. Friendly deal with customers.
Never seen this type of excellent service in any service center.
