Kulbhushan Jadhav, Indian national, allegedly captured by Pakistan blaming of doing espionage. Unexplained activities in the province of Baluchistan got him the death sentence.

This it will be 17 judges in this panel.

ICJ president Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf will read the court’s decision in a sitting at 3 pm (6.30pm IST) on Wednesday.

In proceedings, Indian foreign ministry in their response said Jadhav was kidnapped in Iran in the year 2016.
And his presence in Pakistan has never been explained by its officials.

They also sought councillor access but Pakistan subsequently denied and released his confession videos.

Moreover, Pakistan claimed that he is a serving officer in the Indian Navy. That the Indian government didn’t deny. And explained that he had served but left the job in 2001.

Since then he is doing business and has nothing to do with spying for India.

Court had listened to both the parties Five months ago, saved verdict after hearing oral arguments and today on Wednesday will announce its verdict on him.
