Australia who defeated them yesterday become the first country qualifying for semi-finals.

that whether they will make it for the semi-finals or not

it has also raised the probability of the other country to reach semi-finals

especially, for

Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka

Whose matches forthcoming

Pakistan has its very bleak chances,
For them, to qualify they would have to win all the three remaining matches

either England loses at least one of their remaining matches or if New Zealand and India lose all of their remaining matches.

Bangladesh has fair chances as if they defeat both Pakistan and India in their remaining matches and also if England loses at least one of the remaining matches.

Sri Lanka loses and doesn’t reach up to 10 points

Sri Lanka who defeated England recently has given enough confidence of making through. If they win all the remaining games then they would only need England to lose one game to qualify.
