unprofessional and arrogant behaviour towards the customer
We booked the tour with APNA TOURS AND TRAVELS well in advance total cost of the cab was 15200 during the tour saach pass was added in the itenary which was also over priced more than the union price .We were forced to pay the whole cash before the trip was finished and last not the least at the drop location in pathankot we were bullied to pay for extra day .situation at that point became so intense with continuous call from the Owner RAMAN SHARMA and he was threatening to the extent that we will not be able to go back home.
Travelling so often i have never faced such an unprofessional uncultured uncivilzed man running such kind of waste services
Please do not put your money and fun in waste for such a useless man
