HOW TO USE?
1. RAW FRUIT :
- Take 2-3 pieces, sprinkle salt and consume.
- Taking before meals gives relief from hyper-acidity.
2. JUICE:
- Take 3-4 tablespoons
- Add same quantity of water.
- Take before meals once or twice a day.
- Avoid at night especially during winters.
3. CHURNA :
- Take 1/4- 1/2 tablespoon.
- Mix with honey or drink with water.
- Take before lunch and dinner.
4. CAPSULE:
- Take 1-2 capsules per day.
- Swallow with water twice a day before or after meals.
5. TABLETS :
- Take 1-2 tablets a day.
- Swallow with water before or after meals.
6. CANDY :
- Take 2-3 pieces before or after meals.
7. Murabba , Chutney, Oil, Smoothie, Jam , Pickle , Wine, etc.
8. AMLA carrot Beetroot Juice
DOSAGE:
Juice – 3-4 tbsp once or twice a day
Powder – 1/4-1/2 tbsp twice a day
Capsules- 1-2 capsules twice a day
TABLETS – 1-2 tablets twice a day
Candies- 2-3 candies in a day
PRECAUTIONS:
- Might increase risk of bleeding or bruising in people with bleeding disorders. So, used in caution in such cases.
- Might increase risk of bleeding during or after surgery. So it is advisable to stop taking Amla atleast 2 weeks before scheduled Surgery.
- Always take in recommend dose and duration. High doses can cause dryness of skin.
- Avoid Amla in case of aggravated coughing.
- Avoid drinking Amla Juice at night due to its cold potency and astringent taste.
- It may lower blood glucose level . So it is advisable to monitor levels regularly if you are taking Amla alongwith Antidiabetic Drugs.
