Family members of Shakir, who was detained Near Pathankot Air Base, say he’s mentally sick

The family of Shakir, who was detained on Thursday morning for moving suspiciously near Pathankot air base, rushed there on Friday. They said that he is suffering from mental illness. Shakir (26) was detained around 7 am after he was found roaming near the Indian Air Force base. He belongs to Colonelganj area of Kanpur.
