Reliance 2G Mobiles to Shut Down in About Month

The executive director of Reliance Communications Gurdeep Singh is ready to inform all their associated employees that the Reliance Company is all ready to go for a wireless business and finally make a decision to pull the brakes on its 2G business of business within a month and also show the door to the various several employees. Now, all the users that have subscribed for 2G network of the owner Anil Ambani has make them leading to telecom operators to either upgrade their whole network to 3G or 4G or either shift to another better operator for having fast speed network.

According to reports, the Reliance Communications will keep on continuing its services for both 3G and 4G network till the time this service will gain profit. The Reliance communication which is ridden by debt has finally plans to shut down the 2G mobile business. The company will keep giving the services like ILD voice, consumer voice and 4G dongle post paid services. The step is taken after seeing and realizing the company which is reeled under all over debt of around RS 46,000 Crore and then also results in failure of merger of wireless business deal with the Aircel Company at the starting of the month.

In the last days of month of September, both Rcom and Aircel have signed a binding agreement in order to merge their both mobile businesses. But later on, Reliance Communications has also announced that this whole agreement has lapsed in order to deal with all the legal and regulatory uncertainties. The director of this company has also mentioned to learn that the closure of this company’s DTH business is on its way once its whole licence expires on November 21st. On the other hand, it is also true that Aircel Company was also one of the many possible transactions that Ambani was thinking in order to reduce debt of Reliance Communications. Hence, this news has finally come to bring some changes related to Reliance.
