ISIS threatens to wipe out Hindus from India

Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS threatened to carry out ‘guerrilla attacks’ in India with the help of its fighters in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Shaykh Abu Ibrahim al-Hanif, the ‘amir’ of ISIS fighters in Bangladesh, in an interview carried by the Dabiq magazie – mouth piece of the terror outfit, vowed to implement ‘sharia’ law in India and Bangladesh after wiping out disbelievers and Hindus.

Shaykh Abu Ibrahim al-Hanif, in his interview, shed light on their plan to attack India from Pakistan and Bangaldesh. The chief of the terror outfit said that they are training fighters in Bangladesh as well as Pakistan to launch a fidayeen or suicide and guerrilla attacks on Indian soil. He also stated that the ISIS would be taking the help of the local mujahideen in India.

Talking about the motive behind the attacks on India, the ISIS ‘amir’ said that their intention is to rid rid India of disbelievers. He said that Muslims are facing lot of troubles in India because of Hindus. Hindus have waged war against Muslims in India. The ISIS leader said that Hindus will be their main target in India.

Shaykh Abu Ibrahim al-Hanif promised to impose ‘sharia’ law in Bangladesh and India. The ISIS leader vowed to topple Shiekh Hasina government in Bangladesh to establish complete caliphate. “Bengal is located on the eastern side of India, whereas Wilayat Khurasan is located on its western side. Thus, having a strong jihad base in Bengal will facilitate performing guerrilla attacks inside India simultaneously from both sides and facilitate creating a condition of tawahhush (fear and chaos) in India along with the help of the existing local mujahidin there…,” he said.

“This would allow IS fighters to enter with a conventional army and completely liberate the region from the mushrikin (disbelievers), after first getting rid of the ‘Pakistani’ and ‘Afghani’ regimes”, he added.

The Dabiq magazine’s latest edition has the cover story focussed on Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood. There was an article on the four IS fighters who carried out the Brussels attacks. A significant portion of the magazine is dedicated to the group’s operations in Bangladesh.
