German-Russian actor Elena Kazan is one of the wild card contestants on Bigg Boss 10 and she believes she will not face any difficulty surviving inside the house.
German-Russian actor Elena Kazan is one of the wild card contestants on Bigg Boss 10 and she believes she will not face any difficulty surviving inside the house because she has experienced the same madness and chaos while acting in India. Elena made her acting debut in Indian films in 2010 with Bengali movie Clerk, which starred Prosenjit Chatterjee. In 2011, she was seen in multilingual drama film Dear Friend Hitler. Elena also appeared in Saif Ali Khan-starrer Agent Vinod, in which she had a special song.
Elena, who is fluent in Hindi, said she is well-versed with the working of showbiz in India and that will help her in Bigg Boss 10. “The Indian sets are exactly like Bigg Boss, the same chaos and their unpredictable nature. So, after working in films here, I know how to deal with situations, which go bad suddenly. I have the grit and strength to survive in the Bigg Boss house,” Elena told.
The actor feels Bigg Boss will help further her acting career. “It is an iconic show on Indian television and is watched by so many people. Audiences will get to know the real me,” she said.
Elena is looking forward to participating in tasks and interacting with its superstar host Salman Khan during Weekend ka Vaar. “I am competitive by nature and I can’t wait to perform the tasks and take part in competitions inside the house. The tasks are one of the highlights for me about the show. Also, it should be interesting to see how my interactions go with Salman Khan. I have heard he likes to poke fun at people. So, let’s see how it goes,” the actor added.
Elena is also hoping to strike a friendship with actor Gaurav Chopra with whom she has earlier worked in a movie. When asked with whom does she sees a friendship blossoming, the actor said, “Gaurav, because I only know him. We did a film together where we played husband and wife and he killed me in the movie! I am looking forward to meeting him.” The other three wild card entries are Priyanka Jagga, Sahil Anand and Jason Shah.
