TV actress Deepshikha Nagpal is finally divorced. After a legal battle with ex-husband Kaishav Arora, the actress has finally got what she wanted- a separation from the man she once loved. Kaishav had not taken it lightly and has reportedly claimed that Deepshikha is doing this just for publicity because she is ‘post her prime’, the TV actress who’s played villainous roles in many other Bollywood films as well hit out at her ex-husband.
In an interview with a leading online portal, Deepshikha told, “Can anybody tell me who is this Kaishav? Isn’t he still known as Deepshikha’s ex-husband? What’s his identity? Bolo. Batao. I am a self-made woman. I gave him the status of whatever he is today.”
Not just that, she also found him cheating on her. She reasons, “He was cheating on me. I wanted him out. I don’t want to be with a man who doesn’t take the responsibility of his family.” Does she have proof? Yes, she explains. “I saw several messages on his mobile phone, which were stark enough to say that he was having an extra-marital affair. Don’t be surprised if he is already looking out for a new bakra. He is a sick, psycho, manipulative man. He also has an abusive personality; I couldn’t take that.”
Few days back, she had even lodged a complaint against him for physically abusing her. “On March 8, two weeks after we had divorced, he came to my house and spoke something very derogatory about my son. And he hit me as well. Did I do any wrong by going to the cops? I was an idiot that I fell in love with an ass**le like Kaishav. I regret that I wasted eight years of my life with such a man. It was sheer stupidity on my part, and I never want to commit such stupidity again,” Deepshikha reveals.
With so much mud-slinging in public now, we are not sure who to trust. But we will wait for her ex-husband to reply.
