System should go for applying all the security measures where the teachers are preparing the question papers and where the papers are being packed. After this, also a closely monitored group of people should be included in order to go for dispensing the question papers to the various centers. We also need to educate and spread awareness regarding not to cheat during your exams as this are only for your betterment and future and only helps in improving your capabilities and cheating will only make your leave behind.

The people which are found culprit should be given strict punishment and all the required actions should be taken instantly in order to end the student vexation and results in ensuring fair justice. After repetitions of such types of incidents again, now the CBSE should think about conducting all the exams online as we need to minimize the intervention of the people during the formation of the question papers as a result the paper leak will automatically reduces.
