Rajkummar Rao to Romance Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in ‘Fanney Khan’

Rajkummar Rao, who was recently applauded for his turn in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, has another reason to reach for the bubbly.

And we’re not only referring to the “ghazab” compliment he got from Amitabh Bachchan, who sent him a hand-written letter of praise, along with a bouquet.

There’s another wonderful birthday gift for Raj, who turns a year older today, and in a way, it also has something to do with the Bachchans. He will romance Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Fanney Khan’. Directed by Atul Manjrekar, the musical adventure has Anil Kapoor in the lead.
